Order Processing Times
Orders will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days unless otherwise notified. FedEx International Economy orders placed before 12 noon CST will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon CST, on a statutory holiday, or on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
**During high volume times, order processing delays are possible.
Order Tracking Information
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been successfully placed. Please ensure the shipping address is correct as once the item has been dispatched we cannot redirect the order, sorry!
Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Once the shipping confirmation email is sent, no changes can be made to orders and the shipping carrier becomes responsible for the successful delivery of your order. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the package will be held for pick-up and you will be notified by a placard at your home.
Please note that orders may be filled from multiple distribution locations, and it is possible for your order to be split into more than one shipment.
